Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: - Cancellation Within 7 Days: Clients who cancel their booking at least seven days before the scheduled boarding or daycare will receive a full refund minus credit card fees. - Cancellation After 7 Days: Clients who cancel their booking less than seven days before the scheduled boarding or daycare will owe 50% of the booking amount. Rescheduling Policy: - Free Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their booking at least seven days before the original date without any additional charges.
